About
Patrick is a high performance health coach and four season outdoor athlete. He has eight years of experience in the health and performance space where he works with athletes from the recreational to professional level.
Patrick studied Kinesiology and Psychology at the University of Tennessee. He is currently working towards a masters in Applied Sports Psychology through Adams State University to become a Mental Performance Coach. Outside of one on one coaching, Patrick works as the Director of Performance at Podium Sports Medicine. His experience managing high performing athletes and professionals informs his own coaching practice. Along with his work as Director of Performance, Patrick co-hosts The Podium Podcast where he and Dr. Sprouse dissect principles of performance.
Patrick is passionate about building well-being in athletes through training, racing, and adventure. He enjoys mountain biking, skiing, rock climbing, lifting and generally anything outdoors. Patrick is committed to helping clients accomplish goals by maximizing their experience in life while also continuing to personally develop as a coach and athlete.
