Strength training is essential to pursue those miles with a a resilient body that moves well. I will provide you with a customized strength program that compliments your weekly training.

Tailored Endurance Training
I’m not a running or cycling specific coach but I coach runners and cyclists. The difference in my approach lies in looking deeper than workout completion, paces, or power. I coach the athlete as a whole and shy away from posting blanket training programs. We will work together and build a plan that maintains a foundation of endurance so you can tackle any opportunity when it arises. From racing Leadville, running Rim to Rim, backpacking for a week, or backcountry skiing in Colorado, whatever the goal, I’ll work to help you be your best.

My coaching practice is informed by the value of mental training. I apply concepts from Sports Psychology to help athletes progress and find balance in their relationship with training and racing. I use these concepts to help you unlock more of your absolute potential while empowering you with mental skills to flourish in athletic, personal, and professional pursuits.

Training isn’t sustainable without quality nutrition and adequate fueling . There is no simple solution to this piece of the puzzle. Gaining a better understanding of what your body needs will help you to respect that need. I will be a resource to help you navigate the murky waters of nutrition and distill down the foundational aspects of a nutrition and fueling strategy that nourishes your body and supports training.
